Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click on the “Leave a Review” Button Above
  2. Click the “Write a Review” Button Under Our Practice Name
  3. Sign in to Google (if prompted)
    • Use your Google or Gmail account to continue.
  4. Select Your Star Rating
    • Choose 1–5 stars based on your experience.
  5. Share Your Experience
    • Write a few sentences about:
      • What treatment you received
      • Who helped you
      • What you appreciated most
  6. Click “Post”
    • That’s it! Your review is live
